1. Summary of Key Terms

This section summarises the main features of the 8-Week Brain Training Programme (“the Programme”), including pricing, delivery, and your cancellation rights as a consumer under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

  • The Programme consists of 8 weekly live online classes, recordings, and supporting materials.
  • Start date: 20 January 2026.
  • Live classes are held on Tuesdays at 7pm (UK time).
  • You will receive onboarding instructions in early January 2026.
  • You may cancel within 14 days of registration unless you have already accessed the digital content.

2. Application of Terms

2.1 These Terms apply to the 8-Week Brain Training Programme delivered by Reach Higher Ltd. By registering, you agree to these Terms.

2.2 A contract is formed once we confirm your enrolment by email.

2.3 Please retain a copy of these Terms. We may update them; the latest version will always appear on our website.

2.4 These Terms should be read alongside our Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

2.5 You agree that any engagement in group settings must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Programme Description

3.1 The Programme includes:

  • Live online groups sessions over 8 weeks,
  • Access to session recordings,
  • Workbook with programme content and brain-based exercises.

3.2 Dates and times may change with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by rescheduling.

3.3 Materials are for guidance and nervous-system education. They are not individualised medical advice.

3.4 Client Responsibilities:

  • (a) Attend sessions punctually (or watch recordings promptly)
  • (b) Engage with exercises and reflections
  • (c) Communicate respectfully
  • (d) Participate actively
  • (e) Maintain confidentiality within the group
  • (f) Follow the Acceptable Use Policy

3.5 Online materials are hosted securely. We aim for continuous access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

3.6 You agree to keep login details confidential and notify us of any unauthorised access.

4. Technology Requirements

4.1 You will need a reliable internet connection.

4.2 A modern browser (Chrome, Safari).

4.3 A device capable of running Zoom or equivalent.

4.4 Digital content is protected by login credentials. Sharing access is not permitted.

5. Payment

5.1 Prices are stated at checkout. VAT is included.

5.2 Payment may be made in full or (if offered) in instalments.

5.3 If paying in instalments, the full amount remains payable even if you withdraw.

5.4 Failed payments may result in suspension of access.

5.5 Payments are non-refundable except under clause 7 (Consumer Rights).

6. What We Provide

6.1 We will deliver the Programme with reasonable skill and care.

6.2 While we aim for positive outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results.

6.3 We do not accept liability for unintentional inaccuracies in the materials.

6.4 Confidentiality is maintained except where disclosure is:

  • (a) legally required,
  • (b) necessary to prevent harm,
  • (c) already public.

7. Consumer Rights & Cancellations

7.1 You have the right to cancel within 14 days of registration under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

7.2 To cancel, email [email protected].

7.3 If you access the digital content or attend a session during the cooling-off period, you acknowledge that this constitutes the start of service delivery and waive your right to a full refund.

7.4 If you cancel within 14 days but after partial delivery, you will pay a pro-rated amount for what has been provided.

7.5 Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All materials are the intellectual property of Reach Higher Ltd and/or licensors.

8.2 You may not copy, share, reproduce, or distribute Programme content.

8.3 A limited, revocable licence is granted for personal use only.

8.4 Recording sessions without permission is prohibited.

8.5 We may record sessions for training or internal purposes. You may appear in such recordings unless you opt out in writing.

8.6 You may not solicit or market to other participants.

9. Term & Termination

9.1 The contract lasts until the end of the Programme and access period.

9.2 You may terminate for cause if we materially breach our obligations.

9.3 We may terminate your access if you breach these Terms or behave disruptively.

9.4 No refunds are issued after the cooling-off period, unless legally required.

9.5 Instalments remain payable in full upon termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury due to negligence, or fraud.

10.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.

10.3 Total liability shall not exceed the Programme price paid.

10.4 Any claims must be brought within 6 months of the event.

11. General Provisions

11.1 These Terms are governed by English law.

11.2 The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

11.3 Communications will be by email unless otherwise agreed.

11.4 We may update these Terms with notice.

11.5 You may not assign this contract; we may assign with notice.

11.6 If any part is found invalid, the remaining terms apply.

11.7 Third-party rights are excluded (Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999).

Terms & Conditions — Health in Motion Osteopaths Gift Voucher Offer

1. Voucher Validity
All sessions purchased within this promotion must be attended by 31 March 2026. After this date, any unused credit will expire automatically.

2. Transferability
Unused credit may be transferred to a friend or family member at no additional cost, provided the transfer is completed before 31 March 2026.

3. Limited Availability
A limited number of vouchers are available. Once the allocation is sold out, no further vouchers will be released. This limit is in place to ensure we can maintain appointment availability for all clients.

4. Refunds
Vouchers are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been used.
Refunds are not possible after 14 days from the purchase date.
After 14 days — or once any part of the voucher has been redeemed — vouchers become strictly non-refundable.

5. Initial Assessment
Each voucher includes the required initial assessment appointment, during which we will identify the most appropriate treatment approach for you (e.g. osteopathy, acupuncture, laser therapy, brain-based techniques, or a blended approach).

6. Usage
The voucher may be used by the purchaser or gifted to a third party. The voucher must be presented (printed or on screen) when attending the first appointment.

7. Price Changes
Regular clinic prices will increase on 1 February 2026. This promotional offer allows voucher holders to secure treatment at a discounted rate ahead of the price change.

8. Appointment Booking
Appointments must be booked through the clinic’s standard booking process. Availability cannot be guaranteed for specific dates or times, and early booking is advised.

9. No Cash Alternative
Vouchers hold no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used for services outside the packages offered.

10. Clinic Policies
All treatments provided under this voucher are subject to Health in Motion Osteopaths’ standard clinical policies, including cancellation policies and practitioner availability.
