After many years in the field, and thousands of hours of "patient mileage"with my own hands, I've developed the C.A.R.E Voyage - a proprietary framework to support physical recovery and long-term wellbeing.

This approach is not only a result of my personal clinical experience, but also continuous professional education and collaboration with practitioners across disciplines. The goal of the C.A.R.E Voyage is to work n partnership with you to improve your physical health through adaptive, phased plan that meets you where you are.

Below is a transparent summary of what the C.A.R.E Voyage involves.

Before You Begin Your C.A.R.E Voyage

Your Journey starts with a comprehensive Initial Consultation. In this session, we:

Take a full case history

Perform an appropriate physical examination

Clearly explain our clinical findings

Outline a plan aligned with your goals

Where relevant, and with your consent, we may explore additional factors contributing to your symptoms so that your plan is holistic and effective.

You will receive a written C.A.R.E Report

via email after the consultation, which outlines our findings and recommendations in plain English. This will be reviewed with you at your next appointment, before any treatment begins.

Important: We aim to ensure that you leave this first session more comfortable than when you arrived, even though hands-on treatment is minimal and focused primarily on calming your symptoms.

Calm your Symptoms

This first stage is all about settling your system. We focus on gentle, supportive interventions that prioritise comfort and clarity.

Our aim is to:

Lower irritation in the body

Soothe and stabilise the nervous system

Reduce discomfort - with many clients noticing a 10-20% improvement after their first visit.

To support this, we may offer:

Simple work or lifestyle adjustments

Practical self-care strategies you can use right away

Calming touch-based techniques - always minimal, soothing, and tailored to your needs

Adjust your Body

Once we have your informed consent and agreement on your personalised C.A.R.E plan, we begin hands-on care.

This stage involves:

Targeted, minimally invasive manual techniques

Treatments designed to stimulate internal healing rather than force structural changes

Clear communication and alternatives offered at every step if a technique doesn't feel right for you.

Consent is always ongoing, and you remain in control throughout.

Symptom relief is just the start.

This stage evolves as you progress through the C.A.R.E Voyage.
